Stallholder Fee - $50.00 (includes 2 X Gate Passes)

Stallholders must register by 20th October 2024.
Registrations to be completed online OR emailed to greatsouthernsmokeout@gmail.com
 

Stallholders must be ready and open for trading by 10am on Saturday 26th October 2024

Public Liability Certificate - Please upload your Certificate of Currency (minimum $5M).

Certificates or Registration and Permits - IMPORTANT: Any stalls selling drinks, consumables or take away food are required to provide certification here or at least four weeks prior to the event.

The Great Southern Smokeout is a family friendly BBQ festival held  in Narrogin, featuring Pitmaster Competitions, Live Music, Markets, Food, Wine, Craft Beer, Food Comps, Games and Prizes, Mens Health Focus, Kids Activities, Camping and more. This project is the initiative of Narrogin Rotary Club, with all proceeds fed back into local community projects.
